Nordbrief is one person today — me, Jami, writing this page and every line of the product. There are no roles to apply for, no equity to offer, no team to join. If that changes, it will change here first.

I spent years around Finnish civic-society organisations before I wrote the first line of code. Nordbrief is a patient bet that this work deserves better tools than institutional memory in a departing staffer's head. A patient bet builds slowly on purpose — one conversation at a time, one decision at a time, with the people whose work it is meant to support.
