Nordbrief is one person today — me, Jami, writing this page and every line of the product. There are no roles to apply for, no equity to offer, no team to join. If that changes, it will change here first.
I spent years around Finnish civic-society organisations before I wrote the first line of code. Nordbrief is a patient bet that this work deserves better tools than institutional memory in a departing staffer's head. A patient bet builds slowly on purpose — one pilot at a time, one decision at a time, with the people whose work it is to help shape it.

Design engineer
Someone who cares about editorial typography and Finnish civic context. Writes CSS at the level they write Finnish. Has opinions about the narrow no-break space.
AI engineer
Thinks about evals, provenance, and quiet failure modes before leaderboards. Has either filed a real grant application, or filed a real ry tax return — preferably both.
Pilot-whisperer
Has worked inside a Finnish ry or säätiö long enough to read a STEA report without Google Translate. Talks to operators, not founders.
